IN-KIND DONATION NEEDS
Current Shelter Needs:

**Small wastebasket bags (4 gal rolls)
Detergent for a dishwasher
Estimated cost for 1 month is approx. $100
Socks and underwear:
Men, Women and Children, all sizes
Ethnic hair care products
Alarm clocks (preferably not battery operated)
Hearing Aid Batteries
***Diapers (size 4-6)
Baby swing (not battery operated)
Families come in with very little. Diapers are a high need during the first few days of shelter until other resources can be accessed.
Decaffeinated Tea for a self-care tea group
Nail polish/ manicure supplies
***Bus tickets are used to assist survivors with transportation to DHS appointments, NA meetings, clothing closets or to job interviews. Bus tickets can be purchased at Fred Meyer’s.
All day bus ticket $5.00
All zone 2 hour ticket $2.50
Or $25.00 for a pack of 10
All zone 2 hour youth $1.65 or $16.50 for a pack of 10
We are unable to accept donations of clothing or furniture at this time. Please contact our partner agencies for the following:
1. Please call before donating any item, even if it was on our list of needed items. We are unable to accept unsolicited donations.
2. Out of respect for our clients all items should be new or in excellent condition. A good rule to consider is: If someone were to donate these items to you, would you accept and use them?
3. Generally speaking we are not able to pick up donations from your location. There are exceptions, but we would greatly appreciate it if you could deliver items to our business office. Please call us for directions.
